The primary living space is an open plan living/dining/kitchen in an airy pavilion-like structurewith large sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor patio and yard.
A 12-foot ceiling sits above clerestory windows as if the roof were floating above the space.

The second-floor features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, creating a spacious family home located in a walkable beach community.
